How to cancel your Pro Plan subscription

If you've upgraded your account from the Free Plan to the Pro Plan but wish to cancel your Pro subscription now, please follow these steps. The process is the same for both the monthly and annual versions of the Pro subscription. 

1. Open the Settings through the gear icon in the top right corner of the Home tab

2. In the Settings, click on the Manage subscription section

3. The following screen will open up for you, where you need to click on Manage subscription:

4. You'll get to the following screen, where you can click on Cancel subscription at the bottom.

Note: You can also see your upcoming charges and your payment method here. If you need to change your payment method, e.g., update your card details, you can do so through the Update button. 

5. Once you've cancelled your subscription, you will see the following information in the Settings:

Note: After the cancellation, your subscription will still remain active until the end of your current billing period (i.e., until the end of the month or year you've paid for), but will not automatically renew for the next month or year. I.e, no further payments will apply.
