User access management in PMcardio Enterprise

PMcardio Enterprise subscriptions offer 2 different types of user access levels: Admin and Personnel.

Access Roles

1. Admin access

If you purchase an Enterprise subscription, you automatically become admin of the associated PMcardio organization.

Users that have Admin access can add or remove other users from the given PMcardio organization. 

To manage users in your organization, access your account at https://pmcardio.powerfulmedical.com/sign-in and click 'Team' in the navigation bar on the left to open the user administration area:

2. Personnel access

Personnel access grants you the right to use the PMcardio application under a managed PMcardio organization. You can get it in two different ways:

a) Let us know at [e-mail] and we'll help you add additional people to your organization.

b) An admin of the organization can invite you to their PMcardio organization via PMcardio Platform https://pmcardio.powerfulmedical.com. In this case, you will receive an email and app invitation to join the organization. In the PMcardio app under the Profile tab, you will need to accept the invitation under the section Profiles & Subscription by clicking a tick button: 

Note: If you accidentally decline an invitation to a PMcardio organization, please contact the organization admin and ask them to resend the invitation.

How many users with Admin or Personnel access can I have in my account?

With Enterprise plan, the number of users depends on a custom agreement and you can decide which access rights each member should have (Admin, Personnel, or both).

How can I add more users to my account if I have an Enterprise subscription?
